PALYNOLOGICAL ANALYSES, CHEMICAL and MINERAL SUBSTANCES OF SOME HONEYBEE POLEN PELLETS

Bee products have gained popularity in recent years as food, dietary supplements and adjuvant due to their extraordinary health properties. Globally, bee pollen is the second most consumed product after honey, has a special importance male reproductive unit of flowers, well rich nutrient material, it contains oral secretions honeybee. In this study, palynological identification collected from apiaries different regions was made. The content found be consisting dry matter between 71.47-81.38%, protein 17.5-26.0%, fat 5.84-10.95%, ash 2.02-2.44%. Moreover, common mineral elements were calcium, potassium, magnesium, silicium, sodium iron. Besides, heavy metals such arsenic, cadmium lead been detected samples that result increased environmental pollution negative effects on health. Therefore, production, identification, determination nutritional quality standardization are very important for producers consumers.
